// nassau, bahamas · cloud engineer in the making
Aspiring cloud engineer building on AWS, grinding certifications, and making the jump from airline gates to cloud infrastructure. Based in Nassau, Bahamas.
// about me
I'm Rico, an aspiring cloud engineer based in Nassau, Bahamas. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of London, with a clear goal: breaking into cloud infrastructure as a cloud engineer, DevOps practitioner, or solutions architect.
By day I work at Delta Air Lines managing gate operations, a role that's sharpened my ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt fast, and execute with precision. Those same instincts are what I bring to tech.
I build real things on AWS, document everything I learn, and treat every project as a step closer to where I'm going. This site is one of them, fully deployed on AWS using S3, CloudFront, Route 53, ACM, Lambda, and API Gateway.
